The pole group gluing machine is mainly used to glue the surface of the incoming pole group, compatible with single-sided pole ear bending type products with bottom gluing, and double-sided pole ear type products with surrounding gluing; Then perform adhesive detection, and the robotic arm picks out and detects NG products.

The adhesive paper passes through a correction mechanism to ensure accurate overlap of the adhesive.
2. The torque of the roll pressing adhesive paper is controlled by a precision pressure regulating valve of the cylinder.
3. Use elastic wrapping rollers to adhere the adhesive paper and prevent damage to the battery cells.
4. The glue preparation mechanism adopts a quick change design, which is easy to clean and replace, and the cutting blade is designed to be hidden.
